After a week off from school (work) it is great to get back into the classroom. First order of business was making a cup of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee with my Keurig. I grabbed my Patriots coffee mug filled with the morning need, added Sweet & Low and Cream took a big gulp and got ready to greet my students. Today we begin a new, but short, unit on Medieval China and the kids will watch a “live broadcast” about the Mongol Empire.
An incredible networking tool that has allowed me to connect with family that time and distance caused separation. How wonderful for me to reconnect with people who have a connection to my past. Who I share many wonderful childhood memories and have loved reminiscing with today thanks to Facebook allowing a reconnection of family lines.
